Default on Debt or Default on Health Care?

Remember the nuclear doomsday clock as it ticked its way toward midnight during the Cold War? The fiscal doomsday clock is doing the same thing today. I hope it doesn’t strike twelve and leave the U.S. unable to pay its sovereign debts. I’d like to think calmer heads will prevail in Washington.
